Designers are questioning, exploring, creating, innovating etc etc and that is what drives them. to explore new ways of solving problems, finding new solutions to existing problem and looking for problems that need solutions. Then using the design skill they have developed to address those problems. The very first thing which a designer is his own creativity & imagination. In order to design something they have to understand how things worked & having a more intimate understanding on the laws of nature For example, clothes motivates a designer to design in the manner that best reflected his feelings & make it different from whateveryone else is wearing. our designers knows that the first phase of the design process is the unveiling of possible solutions for the problem. In order to do this, they have to sketch a great number of radically different ideas. Most of the best designers are still using paper and pencil for those initial graphic designs. They willingly explain the underlying ideas to others, ignoring if the sketches look lousy. They are also willing to get design inspiration from others, and also provide that to those in need of some. Design is connected to everything; therefore, our designers keep in touch with the managers, the end users, and the developers as well. If smart, she can incorporate all the different feedbacks into her product, so they strengthening each other, and can actually form a whole in the end. they know exactly what ideas to accept or not to accept.
